I tried Sea Robin for the first time last week after my trip on the Middlebank. I didn't think I would like it but it was delicious.
Not much meat to a sea robins tails but the meat is very tasty. in order to make a good meal you need to catch 3-5 fish.
Lightly breaded and fried in a skillet with fresh lemon juice sprinkle on top.
There are great when made into little nuggets.
