Yogart boy struck again tonight with lots of stripers and I only had to pull drag once but that was because I was running out of land to fish on with the tide coming in and had a fish on. _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....

Next time CD busts your chops,
issue him a surfcasters ticket for infraction AP-57-C, for watching "Too Cute" while under the influence of montauk cookies. That is a serious infraction and should get you out of jail for at least 3 drag pulls.
has "the other guy" shown up yet? |

Anyone out there getting any of any decent size from shore lately. I haven't see or caught anything above about 35" in awhile now. Don't say where as I know no one wants to tell that, what were you swinging if you are catching he bigger ones. _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....

VIOLATION !!!
You do not ask for peoples spots OR PLUGS!!!!!!!!!!
You owe me a good luck token now !!!
And some people cant even catch a 28" fish so don't act like a 35" is small !!!

You might find a stray 38-40"er but the BIG Girls are gone for the season, until someone proves me wrong... _________________ Trust me. Use waxworms ! |

Hit my honey holes again tonight and ran into sea duck and he was kind enough to take a pic of me holding my best of the night up instead of my usual pic at my feet. Heres a solid fat 34". I bounced around from 2 of my holes and sea duck hit 1 with me when we met up and we slayed them for a solid hour. I think he complained about not having time for a cig! LOL
Again the same 2 lures were killing and this was on the Northbar. Sea duck threw out just about every lure he had that he hadnt ever caught fish on and produced and almost all of them but not as consistently as what we were mostly throwing. _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....

Ouch! Hope the guy was alright. That almost happened to me in September; if it wasn't a long pointed Siwash hook it would have definitely gone into my finger past the barb. Same fish nearly put a hook into my dry top. The hook went behind the stitch between the stitch and the fabric. |

That happened to me at the dam this spring with a37" thrashing on the other treble!Man I hope I never let that happen again. It was a North bar hook and buried way past the barb in my palm. It took 1/2 an hour to yank it out and 5 minutes of that was with that 19 lber tugging on it burying deeper! _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....
