The action was not like last night! I may have done better if I had not lost my Northbar on like the 3rd cast due to being in a hurry to get it out after catching a fish once the fish started hitting. I had a wind not in my braid and didnt fix it before casting again and got a good hit and gave it a tug and I believe the knot tightened up on it self which broke the line but with all the fish I caught last night it could have also had a nick in the braid pretty far in but anyways I lost the set up and there is probably a striper swimming around with my lure and leader on. After losing that I downsized to my biggest bomber which brought me back into the spuratic sized stripers and then met up with CD and his friend. They got a few and the bite died off and we moved around some but the bite died off. Got 3 in the high 20"s to low 30"s and the rest were low 20"s. Total of about 10 tonight. Still a good night but after last night Im spoiled!!! _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....

Ah, yes, statute 1457F. It also regulates the Delivery Of Unregistered Circle Hook Eel Rigs. |

Got a nice one around 18 lbs last night. Slow night overall; it was my only hit over about 3 hours. |

It was about 2/3 of the way through my night. Fortunately, it wasn't on my "last cast," because that would have cost me at least another half hour |

Plucked off 2 more keepers last night. Both were just at keeper or a few inches bigger but 1 was nice and plump. Seems like I jumped up a pay grade from where Iwas a few weeks ago and fwnt seem to get anything bigger but at least these give decent fight so I'm not: unhappy at all. _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....

Its been a long time it seems since we have sen any! _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....

Let's see what this low pressure system brings us! Lots of cold air behind it. |

CD and I braved the elements last night and fished from like 6:30 til 3 with only 2 shorts being caught both of which he caught. I had about a 34" follow my bomber in but either didn't have enough time to entice home or he just wasn't hungry. Was a little chilly out there! _________________ There's a fine line between fishing....

Where's the fishing police when you need em? Fish finder pulled his own drag like 3 times when i was turned away. There's gotta be a fine for that. _________________ Trust me. Use waxworms ! |
