Maltby can be good. Someone else posted about the abundance of pickerel competing with the bass for the bait fish. I have to agree. The quality of the bass seems to have diminished some the past two years.
Illegal fishing in there hasn't helped either.
Res 1 is a massive weed bed but does hold bass. Res 2 an3 are your best bets. _________________ Don't hold your farts in! They travel up your spine to your brain and thats where shitty ideas come from. |

I was at 3 this morning using Crank Baits. I saw a few nice ones sitting on nests. One by the dam. They wouldn't budge. A few others tried various plastics and notta. They're in there. Just gotta find em.

Did it have a deformation behind its left pectoral fin? I caught a bass this fall in #3 that was just under six |

That's what they are called in the anglers guide. I myself usually refer to them as the Oxford reservoirs. |
