How was the shoreline? Was it gone when you left from the rain?

Just got to get thru this rainstorm then we are in the clear. Probaly going to need a plank for tomorrow to get onto the ice, or you can just find a picknik table and jump on that to get to the ice. I've done that a few times. Around 4 pm I am going to check some local ponds to see how much shoreline ice is gone.

I talked to the guys at crystal lake outfitters and I guess there is still 10" of ice with some water on top over there. he also said that most places should have about the same
