Hi,
Well I just finished smoking my 2nd batch of 40 salmon fillets after brining them in my special "Rum" brine.
Again! "OMG" -> oh so good.
This stuff goes faster then I can make it !

I can almost taste it from here. I smoked some over the weekend and as usual I had a good portion of it eaten before I moved it out of the smoker. I just bought myself a Bradley smoker for fathers day and hope to start it up soon. |
