I know this isn't CT but... the rain we're getting here you'll probably have tonight or tomorrow
Went out down here at school in PA to a "Big Bass" lake according to the state and caught nothing but the bottom. It was pouring rain and the water was real muddy. I tired a bright green tube that smallies usually seek out. But no luck. Water was pretty cold too... But hey the girl got me a gift card to Bass Pro so I'm pumped for that new baitcasting setup
Hopefully some fish later this week

Got news for you,..we've had the rain all night and all day! With the wind blowing like it is,..you're probably only about 4-6 hours ahead of us weather-wise!
At any rate,..good job getting out there and trying! That's hardcore fishing!
