Ice fished Congamond Sunday morning with a bunch of BAWS Guys. Got on the ice around 7am, were off by 12:30 to get home in time for the Pats game. Set up a few hundred yards off the ramp. Caught two pickerel, one about 5 lbs, had two other runs and that was it. Saw someone catch what looked to be a big trout or salmon from a distance. Weather wasn't too bad as long as it didn't snow like crazy. _________________ Bringing Along Weighty Sacks

Mike,
Congamond is in the north part of the state, near the airport, in the towns of Suffield, CT and Southwick, MA.
There's bass, trout, salmon and apparantly pickerel in there.
Ice is usually pretty safe . . . _________________ Bringing Along Weighty Sacks
