So i add a trolling motor to my kayak and the very first day I went to test it this very nice guy told me, that i have to have it register and i have to have a captain license to be able to used whit the motor.
I didn't knew that!

So if i get a kayak whit pedal drive like the hobee, i have to have it register, here in CT????
Or is just wen add a battery or gas motor??

Any motorized boat, whether powered by gasoline, diesel or electricity, must be registered and to operate it, you need a Safe Boating Certificate or a PWC (aka Personal Water Craft) Certificate.

Oh, and since a Hobie Mirage Drive is pedal-powered, it's still a manually-propelled vessel and does not have to be registered.

You need to take a class. The DEEP's website lists when and where they're offered. I recommend a one-day class. They're often offered at Cabela's.
