Yeah I've found ice, just about every pond lake near me but definitely not safe so I won't say where. If Sunday does what it's looking like then were gonna wait til next weekend til ice is close by but if it misses or doesn't rain that much then the season will start real soon down here. There's ice probably in central mass and beyond but if you were to go call some local shops theyll know.

i honestly dislike winter and would preferably have a mild winter VERY MILD.
With that said once the ponds lakes reservoirs start to freeze I much rather see it freeze cleanly without any snow / slop. Let the mild temps come when we have very safe solid ice.

Areas are supposed to get up to an inch of rain overnight tonight into tomorrow with temps rising to near 60 tomorrow.
But then it's supposed to get COLD! |
