2 fishermen and I hit the rocky areas of the Fayerweather jetty for blackfish for about 3 hours Tuesday.
1 of them said they've been doing pretty well and gotten a few hits within a half hour, but this time all 3 of us never got a single tap.
1 other guy was going for togs but never got into anything. Also saw a usual popping for stripers but didn't get any attention. |

The blackfish pull out to deeper water, looking for a more stable environment this time of year. _________________ "If people concentrated more on the really important things in life there'd be a shortage of fishing poles."
