Got to love the Wunderground/NOAA marine forecasts. Ran out of Avery Point and hit Sugar out to Weepapaug this morning. Little bit windier than 5-10! Picked up a 30" bass on topwater and some big blues. Was wondering if I might find a few bones that have started to pop up. Didn't feel like taking the beating in my skiff once the tide started coming in against the wind, so I retreated to the Thames. Quite a bit of adult bunker up towards the casino. No luck live lining them. Fished some bluefish blitzing peanuts before heading in. Miss the old deep v to run to Block, where most of the consistent fishing is, but like only burning about 12 gallons of gas in 7 hours w/ the 75 E-Tec. _________________ RNA - It's in my blood.
