Went fishing for Catfish and Stripers on the CT River today with Lazy Day Charter. Caught a 3lb cat using worms, and fished for Stripers using chunked frozen Bunker, lost our bate a few times and had a couple little hits but didn't catch anything. Fished under the 95 bridge and a few spots around that area. There were other people around us using the same bait and they weren't catching much either. |

A charter capt should have found the bunker in the river and used fresh bait you would have caught some fish I bet |

We didn't decide to go for Stripers until much later in the day, Fresh bunker may have attracted them but we didn't have time to catch any so we made a quick pit stop at Ted's Bait shop right next to the 95 bridge where we were fishing. |
