| Nice day..not many boats..winner was john nitro with 19.1 lb ..2 was bob and Matt with 16.6 lbs..3 was nx882 with 16.1 lbs..I also had 16.1 lbs..mike .samantha..and Daniel had 13.9 lbs..Dave and Mike had 12.9 lbs..all in all fish were caught..great job to everybody!! I gambled and went for smallies.caught many..broke a nice spinning reel..just couldn't find the monsters..winning weights came off of beds |

Thanks Jim for having and running the tourney.
Just to clarify
Some of my fish came from around beds
And my biggest fish I was sitting in 16 feet of water
So it wasn't like I saw bass on beds and teased them into bitting or pulled them off the beds |

| Our bigger bass were caught around spawning areas but NOT on beds. We found pads out away from shore that they were bunched up in. They wouldn't chase and the presentation was SLOW. Bob |
