nice job, I bet your son was psyched. I have never fished for Salmon or on the naugy. Where you guys in a boat or did you fish from shore. What kind of bait and rods/reels do you use for Salmon. _________________ Sorry honey, looks like we will be late again due to motor problems.

We were wading and fly fishing using streamers , these are the broodstock salmon the state stocks in the Naugatuck River , they are usually around 5 to 10 pds. with a few larger one's but this year they have or will stock soon some very large salmon up to 30lbs. , my biggest was 16lbs.2 years ago and that one was a battle , hope to get into one of those big boys this year , Bassman47 |

what would you use on a spinning real to catch those things? They are scary looking, kind of like a cross between a fish and a snapping turtle. _________________ Sorry honey, looks like we will be late again due to motor problems.
