Spent the late afternoon on the Naugy with my son fly fishing swinging streamers , we both had one Atlantic on and lost both , his we guessed at 3 to 5pds. but mine I cannot even try to guess as the swirl it made and the time it took to brake me off was incredable . Had no one else near us till near dark when a half dozen guys showed up throwing spinners , the water level is good with the temp around 45 I would guess . Great weather and a good time with my son on the river , if the rain , snow or what ever is supposed to happen tomorrow holds off we will try again in the am Sunday and let everyone know how we make out , Fish On !!  |
