After my work schedule free'd up,..I decided to take the afternoon off and go fishing since it was supposed to be the last time for +50 temps for a while! I alternated between a dropshot, a jig and a little 2" finSfish on a floatNfly rig until I got the first bite which was on the FNF. I stuck with oit for the rest of the afternoon and ended up with 6 bass, 2 were runts but the rest were similar to this one,..just shy of 2 lbs!

Although they were cold as ice and I caught every one of them in 10-15FOW,..but they all had very dark coloration like they'd been hanging around in the shallows! Maybe with the clearer water, and staying on the bottom this time of year, they just keep the dark colors on their backs!
