Was able to finally get out this morning. Got one blue, 9lbs, inhaled a entire live bunker. Gotta love the fight! Great way to start the day!

Don't want to jinx things but looks like we are having a true fall run this year!!!!

You don't need to be specific but,were you fishing east or west of the CT river???
Nice to hear you caught something when you finally had the chance to get out again.

Good to hear somebody was having luck with the blues, I went out sat morning and didnt get anything. never heard of live lining bunker from shore before maybe I should try that out.

Really, you've never heard of live lining a bunker! Wow, you should really do some reading, it could greatly improve your game!

Avid - West of the CT River. Thanks, the bug definitely bit, I'll be losing ALOT of sleep the next several weeks!!

Fishon - I just snag 'em and let 'em do their thing. Caught MANY fish with this method. Best part is the snagger almost always ends up in the side of the mouth

Nice job finding bait and getting a nice bluefish.

I may be new but not that new ahah I said ive never heard of live lining from shore, my buddys usually live line from boat in deeper water.
