Some pics from a trip out on the James River Wednesday. Fished with Jim Garret of Tripout Catfishing Charters. Jim's been fishing the area longer than I've been alive and is a great guy.

Two of the smaller ones (10-12lb. fish) were kept for some fried catfish.

Blue catfish and flathead catfish are the biggest catfish I've seen! I've heard they can grow to be over 100 pounds!
