| Whats going on with the fishing this year? I've been out the past 4 weeks with not a single bite or nibble. I've been trying different locations in the housy and in milford with nothing. Has anybody heard of anything? |

| Hardly anything with bluefish. Keep up with the reports and you'll see. |

| I havent seen a thing in milford or west haven. Not even snappers usually in full swing at this time of year. |

No where near as many snappers as last year, but they're around. I had a slow night in Branford the other day. I watched bunker come up the river for about an hour or so, but wasn't able to snag one. Didn't seem like anything was chasing them, and no bites throwing everything I had at them.
I found another productive spot where I picked up a couple schoolies a few days ago, but that only produces on the outgoing. Here's to hoping for the right tide... |
