I need some help replacing my tail light on boat or what would be a good glue to try and fix it. I hit it with my lawn mower and it broke right off.

You might be better off just buying a replacement. I saw your type at harbor freight, for one light is $9. Might be worth it. Marine Epoxy might work, but to be honest it's just as much as a new light lol. _________________ Steve |

the fix will not be as good as a new light, and the correct glue requires that you know what type of plastic the light is made from. If this turns into a regular event then weldon products are the best. There made by IPS company.

Now that you have had answer how to fix it the right way a temp fiix would be to pop the cover off the front put the houseing in place on the mount and drill thru then follow it up with a bolt thru ( large fender washers inside to support plastic ) its a decent temp fix that could last forever....nothing beats a new replacment though...and in this heat im sure your just looking for fast easy fix _________________ I Love to fish......Not a big fan of sitting in the boat alone ....the Conversation and the company make it perfect |
