Went for a few hours to see what i could get in the high waters.
The river was 18-24 inches above "normal" for that section.
I used one of my own beaded bugger/nymphs and worked the fast current.
First run i caught this Bow.About 9 inches.
Then this Brown about 12 inches.
I worked my way back to my truck and caught a couple of small fallfish and this little rock bass.

I haven't fly fished in years....and when I say years, I mean 10+ haha. Nice job for those water conditions.
I should brush the dust off my fly pole and give it a whirl again. I'm clueless to the hatches though. |

It's usually a spring/fall thing but,i wanted a little fun.
it's a good way to catch small fallfish for bass, pike/striper bait..Not to mention the fluke that you can hook up to. _________________ ...Randy...
