Fished Bunnells Pond for about 2 1/2 hours Wednesday eve til they closed the park around 8pm.

Hit my usual spots that start producing largemouths this time of year now that weeds have gotten thicker.

2 lures that were getting attention were silver shad Jointed Shallow Shad Rap JSSR-7 and helsinki shad Clackin Crank CNC-53.

Caught a cookie cutter on the JSSR-7 and lost 2 with it. Had many followers on the CNC-53.

I occasionally throw a Rooster Tail or a soft plastic worm. I also enjoy topwaters. Non-Rapala topwaters I throw include the Rebel Pop-R, classic wooden prop baits, Heddon Spit'n Image, Heddon Pop'n Image, Heddon Tiny Torpedo, and Heddon Baby Torpedo.
