Congomond is on a list of the best bass lakes In the country but I have not found that to be the case so far.
Quabbin reservoir will be one of my favorite places, they have a lot of decent fish in there.
I am only familiar with a few places in western mass, not that familiar with central or eastern Ma. _________________ "Come after Me, and i will make you to become fishers of men"

I went to Cheshire reservoir a few weeks ago, did a little fishing from shore since I didn't bring the boat up the mountains, got a couple bass, but I have heard it can be productive. _________________ "Come after Me, and i will make you to become fishers of men"

Black and blue small bitsy bugs with your choice of trailer is without a doubt the number one lure there... I learned from an old-timer that was catching more fish than I was on shiners... Pitch it around any current, rocks, docks and bridges... Awesome spot |
