Heading out to Bashan lake tomorrow for only 2nd time out (too much work). Last week I got 4-5 bass (lm and sm) on slow retrieve swim baits. Hoping to catch them on their beds this time out.

Anyone want to start a post on which lakes the bass are currently spawning at?

For me, that is the best time to catch a pig.

Bantam, Seymour Res, Maltby and Toby's have nothing but empty beds. I don't think the weather affected their biological clock at all. At least very little.

Yup...too late once again. Just empty beds and sunnys.

Slow day otherwise. Caught two 2lbers on my crawdad colored jig. Nice day and beautiful lake (although really busy).
