After reading so many reports we decided to go to remington to see if there was any topwater bite at sunset. On my first cast i had a hit on a pencil popper but no hookup. TFP had a hit on a custom spook but no hookup. We had a couple more hits and misses but then shortly after dark we started getting fish to connect ! Great spot ! Might go back tomorrow !

Here we go, i figured it out.





yes this is the same fish. My cam battery died after this pic and couldnt get the other fish on film.

the one fish at sunset that didnt get away....




at one point the bite was smoking hot. hammering doubles!





not the most picturesque place to fish to say the least.
