Looking to catch some smallies in CT, anyone know of a lake/pond with decent smallie action from shore? I have waders, so I'm slightly less restricted than if i had to just fish from shore. |

Eagleville lake in Mansfield/ Coventry. Has smallies and largemouth and alot of access from the eastern shorn plus with waders you could wander out a little bit. Also the river running in and below the dam have smallies and alot of them ive heard _________________ Top 5 Favorite lures: Boo-yah Boo jig, Zoom Horny Toad, Rapala Husky Jerk, Berkley Power Worm, Senkos |

problem with eagleville is the weeds, once the weeds grow in shore fishing sucks there. |

Smallies in this Lake for sure. Go to this lake a lot with my wife to chill and do some fishin/tannin. Always something biting there. Got a real good looking and very golden smallie last year and also some nice trout. _________________ Tight Line and Loose lips.
