Stopped by hedgehog pond in Simsbury for a few minutes this morning. Casted a husky jerk 8 and got a 12" black crappie, a 13" large mouth, and a pumpkinseed. Had to leave but it was very productive in the fifteen minutes I was there. Slow retrieve and pauses were the hit.
