I decided to fish with my friend for a little while after baseball practice the other day. We went to Farr's in Manchester and picked up a couple dozen shiners. Luckily, no one was in my spot when we got to Lower Bolton. We caught 6 fish between us and lost what was definitely a largemouth. 5 were yellow perch and one was a channel cat. Two perch were quite large; one that I caught was definitely over a foot long. Overall, it was a pretty productive outing. I got a picture of my big perch, and I'll post it later. _________________ Early to bed, Early to rise, Fish all day and make up lies! |

Hopefully that algae kept the Bucky crew away for a little while, which lake was it found in there? _________________ "Come after Me, and i will make you to become fishers of men"

It was Lower Bolton that had the algae. It seems fine right now though. All of the fish caught were healthy. The perch showed signs of spawning too. And it was this week, on Tuesday. _________________ Early to bed, Early to rise, Fish all day and make up lies! |
