Curious to know how fast water temperatures change, I know the air temps went up because of thee warm weather we had but looks like there will be a cold front that will bring us back down to 40's tomorrow.
Will that affect the water temps a great deal for Saturday fishing? _________________ "Come after Me, and i will make you to become fishers of men"

Wind direction, air moisture, and UV index have a lot to do with change in water temps too. |

I think this cold front will drop the water temp some what. Bass don't like cold fronts from what I've seen, it backs them up in deeper water. Even in summer a cold front will change a bass feeding habits for a day or two. I still get out there and fish. Can not catch them sitting at home. |

Now now the bass will be in deeper water due to this cold front but drop shot a roboworm and tickle it in front of the bass's face and they will eat it i promise it is my favorite rig when the water is cold or the fishing slows down!
Thanks, Bailey (junior bassmaster of CT) |
