Caught this pike(personal best) trolling a yo zuri-f popper about 100 yards out behind my boat the other day in the river, put up a hell of a fight for about 10 minutes all the way up to the boat, had my line screaming off the real! even made a big jump!

Pike are fun, their fights aren't long cause they wear themselves out quick, but while they're thrashing you can feel it. Congrats on your PB! _________________ A bad day of fishing is better then a good day at work |

Pikes are so cool looking! My first experience with anything like that was in Devil's Lake Michigan. No not in the water but on the wall of someone's cottage was this monster tiger musky. Musky and Pike have that torpedo, barracuda look that just makes you think twice about being in the same water lol.
Beautiful fish and congrats on the new PB |

How close to the coginchog was that. I caught one today like first lagoon in. Did u use a leader ciz recently if i use a xrap or a largre jerkbait i dont use a leader cuz the teeth wont hit it due to size of jerkbait. Btw the 5 pike i cuqght, qll smaller than urs , have been cuaght with somthing orange. Orange diger ( creamsicle) or perch with orange bottom rapala xrap.
Ill see u out there soon im ther 3 days a week |

i was out in the last set of marshes before you hit the mouth, and i tied the lure directly to my braid with no leader. |
