Can anybody tell me any lakes in the nw corner that are ice free

considering there hasnt been any ice fishing reports in two or three weeks and we are in April.......Im certain whatever lake you are thinking about going to is open water. Unless you were talking about NW corner of Maine? Laughing

my buddy is icefishing now in nw ct on 6in of ice not all the lakes are ice free yet next weekend they will be iced out

Caveman-
I regret I haven't been able to check out Mudge, one of my favorite NW Connecticut spots. But a similar size lake closer to me and 20 miles north of Mudge is open. By the way, Mudge is a Connecticut "Trophy Bass" lake.
