Went to Eagleville Dam this morning about 8:45am. Sun was out but some clouds in the sky. No wind, cool air. I started by the dam itself with a 5" watermelon senko, Texas rig.... Nothing. Then started throwing out a bluegill pattern shad rap... Nothing. I then walked down the train tracks on the Mansfield side. There's a few clearings as you walk down. I stopped at the 2nd clearing and started the bluegill shad rap again... Nothing. Attempted the Texas rig 5" watermelon senko. The third cast I got a hit but didn't realize it was on at first until I pulled up! I nice small mouth bass! About 12-13" , pound or so
