For you that know me,, you know the lake I fish at,,went out thursday,, for a couple hours after work,, it was a little cold,,lol,, but I figured on waiting to late afternoon to let the sun warm things up,,to my surprise,, fish were roaming,,so I broke out a husky jerk,,with in 30 minutes I had caught 5 fish, 2 to 3lbers,,then the bite died,,granted I wasnt moving, around the lake,,So then I switched over to a hair jig,, which my buddy, Mike makes,,Every 3 casts I had caught a fish,,I ended up leaving with a big smile and around 20 fish on my first time out,,And for you that dont know me,,Lake X is Lake Compounce,,lol,,,Jim |
