I have about 5 dozen (7+inch) Golden Pond Shiners that I'm not going to use this season. With the the bad ice conditions on and off, I didn't get out as much as I wanted to. They're great for big pike. So if one one is interested let me know. Thanks! |

I fish as often as I can, so I get all of my bait in bulk. I hate waiting for bait shops to open and counting on them to have what I need. That way if I'm free to go fishing, I just grab what I need and off I go, no matter what time or day it is. I get these shiners late fall from a buudy of mine who works for a golf course. The course has 4 ponds on it and one has goldens in it. I think he nets or traps them, but I grab 10 to 15 dozen of the biggest ones he gets, put them in my tank, and use them as I need them. |
