| Most stuff down here is no good still, 2 or 3 more days at the least. Let me know if it was safe though. I have been searching everywhere for safe ice within 45 minutes of me and have come up empty every time, but that's because I am right on the shore. |

| Ya thats what most stuff is like around here, I am a big dude at 6 foot 250 so I get sketched if I don't have 4 inches of really solid ice. Did you fish at all? |

I checked out Babcock today. The ice was to thin around the edges.It looks sold out about 10 to 12 feet. Couldnt get on. I went to Columbia Lake...that looks even worse. I drove to Coventry Lake, The coves are good and solid but the main body was open on Saturday is now froze over. I guy with a wind sailer went through the ice that just froze over. He made it out, but the sled didnt. I jigged for 3 hours....1 hit.
