Hi,
Left the house at 2:40 PM and met my friend at West Hill then on to Highland -> Temp 45 F and Very Windy -> Here are the observation results.
West Hill -> Still no activity of any kind observed -> Edges open all around boat basin and large open water area 1/2 way down east side + number of additional wet spots observed.
Highland Lake -> Open water lead across far north end of 1st Bay with some wet spots middle of 1st Bay -> Ice was 4- 4/12 inches off jetty left of ramp + lots of broken ice at ramp with some open edges.
Winchester Lake -> Locked up with 6 inches of ice.
Park -> Locked up with 6 inches of ice.
Burr -> Locked up with 6 inches of ice.
