By "Little Bantam", are you actually referring to Little Pond?

I'm glad to hear that you found northern pike up there. I couldn't find them last Summer.

Go up to the Mobil in Litchfield, turn at South Lake, and go to the end of the road. Park at the pumping station and walk down the wood walkway, and hope there's no one there, or you'll probably be shoulder to shoulder.

If you look on the White Memorial Foundation map it is called Little Pond. Seeing as it is part of their property I'm gonna say they are using the right name. And if I'm not mistaken the DEEP considers Little Pond/Little Bantam part of the Bantam River.
