Don't want to burst your bubble, but we're supposed to be in the 60's next week. Not time to service my outboard yet! _________________ RNA - It's in my blood.

Never know if a combination of Sandy and an early season Noreaster could mean the same thing as this past winter.
We had the Snowtober last year which lead to a mild winter. Think of the first week or week and a half of November still being late October as for weather conditions.
Bridgeport and the shoreline got about 4" yesterday. |

Yeah i know its going to be in the 60's but i think the snow is a sign from the ice gods to take out the gear and get it ready for an awesome winter. _________________ YouTube Channel: NorthEastFisherman |

Saw on the NWS Storm Report that Bridgeport got 8.3" as of 1pm today. Measured by a coop observer. Areas about 20 minutes from the shore saw over a foot!
New Jersey got hit hard too and people lost power again. Hurricane force winds were recorded around the Cape. |

I didn't have enough snow in my driveway this morning to shovel. By the time I got home from work tonight there was no snow on the ground. The weather men totally messed up the depth predictions on that storm. |

After a windy weekend and rainy Monday and Tuesday, temps are supposed to really drop for the rest of the week! This might be a good sign for ice for the NW corner! |
