2 comparisons I'm wondering about are LMB and SMB and CP and NP.
What makes a LMB of the same length as a SMB heavier? Same as for a 22" CP heavier than a 22" NP? |

i'm guessing lmths are fatter? - anyway ive found it's a good starting point and not carved in stone - since they are all different! |

we have done comparisons with this ruler thing and a scale and it is really pretty good! |

I have to disagree LMB being heavier then their cousins SMB! Inch for inch every SMB I've caught out weighed the LMB. The SMB are stronger and more solid/muscle. _________________ Don't hold your farts in! They travel up your spine to your brain and thats where shitty ideas come from. |

I'd guess it's because a 22" chain pickerel is a full grown fish likely in its prime while the pike is still a young fish which is not fully grown yet. Kind of like the difference between a 6ft tall teenager and a 6ft tall middle aged man. The old guy usually has more fat on him |
