They are not sold here just advertised.
Rifles can be sold second hand without any paperwork required although it is recommended to register the firearms. Pistols are required to have specific paperwork filled out and filed with the State. The buyer must also have a valid pistol permit. |

| Let me just add...you are responsible to find out the local laws governing firearm sales and/or purchase in the State prior to any sale and/or purchase. |

| I guess I should have been more careful of my wording in my post. I know guns are not sold here. I should have asked can they be "advertised" in the classified forum. I also know the state laws pertaining to private , used gun sales. Thanks. |

| Sorry...I misunderstood the question. People have listed rifles in the classified section before without any issue. I am not an admin or mod but as I said it has been done in the past. |
