Has anyone tried one of these?

I found one a while ago, but haven't tied it on, yet. I might give it a shot, soon, but the reviews I've read on Bass Pro Shops' website aren't good.

I agree with Bob. This might be OK on open water but going over pads with the hook on bottom doesn't seem like a good idea. I know it has a guard but I still see it getting snagged up in the weeds which is where you want to fish it.
