Another great weekend of Smallmouth action on the Naugy. We hit the spot just below the falls in Seymour and caught and released 17 beautiful smallies. All between 6" and 12" but fun as hell.

That's awesome! I live less than a minute from there but have never fished down there. Where do you stand and what do you use if you don't mind me asking? _________________ The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad. ~A.K. Best |

Behuniak - We stand right in the water..........wear sandals or flip flops but there is sufficient shore spots available. Park at the middle school and you will see the trail down to the riverside. We were using nothing but Spinner baits. |

I have few questions if you don't mind; Are you talking bout ansonia middle school? and have you tried inline spinners, I am a HUGE fan of blue fox spinners.
Thank you! |

No Alex - The old Seymour Middle School. Usually don't use inline spinners....we prefer large angled spinner baits |

Take exit 21 off of RT8 north. That exit leads you onto Derby ave. Go all the way until you get to a light, take a right at light and the bridge is right there. Hope this helps guys. |
