Fished the reef again from 7:30pm-9:45pm, low tide was around 8pm. Started off catching sea robins so I walked almost to the end of the reef and caught a 14" fluke. I started working my back down the reef and got in to some small blues. I ended up catching 5 sea robins, 1 fluke, and 3 blues. All were caught on my minnow plugs, and the blues on my flat rap. |

I caught 8 there yesterday. Most were about 2 lbs, but the first one I caught (in the picture) was probably about 4 lbs.

You killed them fishingkid. Good job with the 5 pounder, all mine were 2 or under. I got 8 last Thursday. What were you using, small poppers or swimmers? My small rapalas and minnows have been working for me. |
