...from sitting in a kayak seat fishing for bass for hours on end? Mine used to. My wife bought me a Wondergel gel cushion for Father's Day and I finally tried it out today. It was worth every penny. I have the original cushion but they make some even better than this one. I've heard others mention this problem so I figured I'd share.

Thanks for the link! I am actually going to pick one of these up for use outside my boat. Lots of tailbone pain frequently from sitting so much. _________________ Steve |

Hey cool, which one do you have? There's like 4-5 different ones. |

Yep! But not from a yak! My pro seat on the front deck is about as comfy as a rock. _________________ PB LMB 9.3LBS Winchester Lake

I have the "Original" cushion. There is a "DoubleGel" and an "Extreme" which are a bit more pricey but offer even more cushion. |

I received my "Extreme" cushion today. Provides a good amount of relief for me while sitting for sure. For some reason the leather seats in my car are uncomfortable and I stuck this thing in there and it's such a relief. Definitely gonna bring it to work for my office chair. Thanks!! _________________ Steve

No problem...glad it worked for you too. Heed the warning about leaving it superheated in your car on a hot day. If you leave it in your car on a hot day like today it says to allow it to cool down for at least 1/2hr before sitting on it or you may warp it and it will stay that way if it cools in that position. |

Lol yeah. I'm just gonna use it indoors until it cools down a bit. _________________ Steve |

Thanks DD, seems a bit pricy for a yak seat, but you said it's worth every penny. Might be something to look into. |

I mostly use mine at work. I take it home on weekends in case I head out in my yak. |
