Just caught a 19 inch fatty on a 5 inch paddle tale minutes ago. My scale is busted but I was bigger than the normal 19 incher for sure. Not having a person to photograph my fish for me sink too. I got a decent self pic but it didn't do its justice.

Selfie pictures do no justice for sure RM. I fish alone a lot and try them and am always bummed at the outcome. They're really only good for girls taking pictures in the bathroom mirror making a goofy duck face for facebook.

Did somebody say swimbaits??? Laughing First of all a 3-6 inch bait is not swimbait that's a snack for a bucketmouth. I fish the huddlestons and river2sea swimbaits which are 8-10 inches long. The rod I use is a 8ft Wild River St. Croix Heavy power salmon casting rod. Rated for 2-6oz the thing is just stupid strong. I can whip out those 3-6oz baits all day without a problem. I'm currently working on fabricating a weedless 8in hudd for flippin. I've done well pitchin the bait near isolated clumps but I need to dance it inside the weed pockets without getting hung up.This spring I didn't get out at all due to college and I have 2 weeks left of a summer course but after that it's full time swimbaiting and night fishing!
