I got this really adorable little guy on a small crayfish lure. I don't even know why I was throwing the damn thing it was so dinky, but totally worth it for this monster catch
Got it out of Seymour Reservoir #3 after work tonight. Only fish I pulled out of #3 today, water conditions were really murky compared to usual cause of the rain. Had much better luck after hiking over to #2 for the first time. |

Caught this today, on a KVD Series Crankbait. Couldn't believe how small this smallie was lol. Think it had to be 3 or 4 inches tops. My personal worst..

I caught a few alewife (alewives?) with a Perch Rapala Shallow Shad Rap SSR-7 at Squantz Pond last night, including this double with one on the front treble and one on the back:
Although I caught these in shallower water near the east shore, I saw huge amounts of baitfish on my fish finder between 10 and 20 feet deep. The predatory fish in Squantz are not going hungry. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
