Ocean State also has some Kayaks for sale. I'm not sure of the quality of them, but some posters have mentioned having one and liking them

On page 9 theres some heavy duy inflatable ones, including a $45 fishing ones. Can't say i'd trust those . . . _________________ A bad day of fishing is better then a good day at work |

So I wound up getting the Future Beach Fusion ($199, was $269) for myself, and the Potomac Pathfinder ($179, was $359!) for my girlfriend. She really liked how light yet rigid the Pathfinder was. It actually has a v-shaped hull along the entire length, so I’d imagine it’s going to track very nicely. We’ll be trying them out this weekend! Having foot pegs and enough room to bend my knees will likely revolutionize my kayaking experience lol.
Probably the one thing we’ll miss from our stubby little Coleman’s is the “paddle ledge” on the side, which has a bungee to secure your paddle out of the way when not in use. This was great when fishing. Any suggestions for an add-on paddle holder of some sort? _________________ PB's:

What in the world does tracking and drag mean when talking about kayaks. I just tested my kayak for first time this morning.
Think i may have felt sick afterwards, notsure if it had anything to do with kayaking though _________________ "Come after Me, and i will make you to become fishers of men"

Hey DirtyDawg, i got the same kayak you got. I got at this sale for 350$. Ive gone out at least 5 times already and im planning to go everyday this week in it. As for the Trophy 126, i got in that kayak and realized how small it was. Im 5'7'' and 120lbs. The weight shouldnt be an issue but at my height i wasnt able to pick my knees up in it. Glad i went with the eagle run 12. Wish they had more colors but overall its an amazing kayak. I also heard from an employee there that they will be having a similar sale in a few weeks for those who missed it. _________________ YouTube Channel: NorthEastFisherman |
