I pretty much pan fry anything I bring home. A little butter/olive oil in the pan. Dip the fish in some corn starch and bread crumb mixture with a touch of kosher salt. Brown and eat.
I do need to try grilling one of these days. Phil makes that look real good! |

Sprinkle the fish fillets, any fish fillets , with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, dust them with Wondra Flour and pan fry them in salted butter. I think that simple is best when it comes to fish. _________________ Don't forget to wear sunscreen and don't litter! |
