Hi,
Well I have my smoked salmon brine recipe + smoking apple/pecan wood down good.
Now I'm thinking of trying to make some homebrew "Vanilla Bean Dream Mead".
Anyone out there into making homebrews?

You want to make mead and wine then I run winemakingtalk.com and can help you out all you want, just ask dirtydawg as hes been over my house. I have 4 kegs on tap and about 1000 bpttle plus of wine in my cellar and another 60 or so gallons of different wines aging in bulk! We love to teach people how to make all this stuff on our site! Come to think of it I still have a 5 gallon bucket of Orange Blossom honey waiting to go into a mead. I took best mead in ct a few yesrs back along with best fruit wine.
